This gift wrapping service ain't no ordinary one. Move over thin, see-through paper and cards that smudge. Hello to high-quality materials with colour and character. We will ensure that your gift is wrapped with all the love and care it deserves.
Look. We know gift-giving generally means you have someone else in mind. But that doesn't mean it has to be ALL about them. Spoil yourself while spoiling others. Make your life that little bit easier by adding a gift-wrapping service to your order.

Disclaimers and Essential Info
Branding: Each one of our laser cut candy heart designs features a branded backing panel engraved with our logo. This is made from red and white dual-tone plastic. Other items feature a branded heart charm engraved into the same material.
Variations, Characteristics and Imperfections: Our products are handmade. This results in variations that add to the character of each item. This is a feature of handmade goods and not a flaw! All materials are quality checked prior to use.
Each product is unique and may present with imperfections. Our range includes the use of new and upcycled materials with various textures and finishes. If you ask us though, these variations build character in each piece.
Colour Alterations: Our product photography seeks to capture the product "true to life". Please note that each device and screen will show colour in a slightly different way.
Print alterations: Size and placement may vary slightly from sample image, as it is a mock-up preview.
Pugs Included: Because each item is designed and assembled in a private home studio, some pug “glitter” may creep into your order unintentionally. Although the aim is to keep this to a minimum, please be aware of this If you have pet allergies.

The planet is rad. So we try our best to keep it that way. We favour sustainable, environmentally conscious materials and packaging where possible.
Shipping Information
All 'ready to ship' products are generally sent within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items have their own timelines as per their individual product listing.
All shipping rates are automatically calculated via Australia Post as per their current charges. This is based on the weight and size of your order, in addition to its proposed destination.
All domestic orders (Australia wide) are sent with tracking numbers and notifications. International orders offer tracked and non-tracked parcels depending on the option selected at check out. For detailed information see here.

Gift Wrapping FAQs
What if I'm buying more than one gift?
If you are ordering a combination of items that include products you don't want gift wrapped, please let us know by leaving a note above in the designated field. Please identify the specific products you wish to be gift-wrapped. Otherwise, we will assume gift wrapping is applicable to your entire order.
If applicable, numerous items within the same order can be gift wrapped as one present as long as they are for the same recipient. It is the buyer's responsibility to add the appropriate quantity of gift wrapping services to their shopping cart based on their needs identified prior to check out.
Can I have the gift shipped to the recipient directly?
Yes. If the order is to be shipped to a different address, please ensure these details are listed under the shipping/postal address section when processing your order. Any gift-wrapped orders will not include a copy of the sales invoice within the parcel (you will still receive an order confirmation via email). Please ensure that you list your details under the payment/biller section when proceeding through check-out.
For peace of mind (and discreet gift-giving), our products do not have price tags.
